Vaxi Taxi / Health and Wellbeing Pop Ups:
January to April 2024
Crisis Rescue Foundation are proud and delighted to have so far delivered 5 Vaxi Taxi / Health and Wellbeing Pop Ups in South East London between January and April 2024 at faith centres and at Millwall Football Club for staff and fans at Millwall Football Club along with Partnership Southwark.
Our team has delivered health information and signposting to several hundred people so far this year and the feedback has been excellent, with comments including:

‘Very interesting, learned something new!’
‘Very well organised, everyone was positive and friendly’
'People are scared of going to the doctor, this will encourage them more'

Over 99 % of people fed back that they would like more Vaxi Taxi Pop Ups in the future!

The CRF Vaxi Taxi/Health and Wellbeing Pop Ups Project has been set up by the Crisis Rescue Foundation, which collaborates with local community organisations and clinicians to identify the needs of the community in each area to create a bespoke health and wellbeing event. The events rely on volunteers and everyone has a specific role.

Taking NHS care outside the GP surgery walls to the hearts of communities.
Reaching people with barriers to accessing the NHS, including the most vulnerable in our communities.
Over 40 Pop Ups across London since February 2021.
Asylum seeker centres, homeless shelters, drug and alcohol support centres, food banks, boxing clubs, festivals, high streets.
Hundreds of people given health and wellbeing information and signposting.
Overwhelmingly positive feedback from service users.
